General description. I've added set screws to the list of screws and an addendum with a note of reprinting the cranks in ABS in stead of PLA..

you'll most likely have to ream the center hole to size for the axle shaft(1/8"). The little hole on the back side is for a small bit of filament to engage with the one in the printed axle. This quarters the left and right wheel weights.

You may have to drill out the hole for the axle shaft and the quartering holes for the filament. Tap the small hole 2-56 for set screw.

This is a shortened axle to accommodate the 16T sprocket. Tap the little hole 2-56 for ta set screw

A small spacer to finish the to 40mm. little co'bore side to face the sprocket.

You may have to size the holes. Tap the crank pin hole 2-56 and the set screw 2-56.
I think this part is best printed in ABS.

Optional top for the engine compartment. It combines 3 top pieces into one.

Print 2. These will hold the tops of the sides if one were to pick up the engine with one hand.

Drill jigs for guard irons. if you've already printed the older frames, you can spot and drill the holes in the frames with these. Spot holes with a 1mm drill, drill through, then open to size. If assembled you'll have to temporally remove the steps.

Guard iron for left front and right rear. Print mirror image for other two.
Tap the holes 0-80 or 10 BA.
